Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan returned from the US yesterday after being “detained” & grilled at Newark Airport in America.

Srk described the incident as “no big deal” and as per him, he will again visit United States if work demands.

Ace cinematographer & Dirctor Rajiv Menon is going to reunite the Ash-Srk Jodi again.
After staying apart from each other for years, this jodi might make a comeback with Rajiv Menon. He was the director of Kandukonden Kandukonden in Tamil which had Tabu and Ash.

Shahrukh Khan was detained for about two hours early Saturday morning at the Newark airport in the United States of America and then released later after some questioning.
As per the reports, his baggage was checked & he was even not permitted to make a call for some time.

Khan is on a visit to US to attend an Indian Independence event as the guest of honour.
The Indian Superstar came to suspicion as he has a common “surname” and was asked about the purpose of his visit to the states.
Congress MP Rajiv Shukla came to his rescue and got king khan relased after talking to the officers in US and the Indian embassy officials.
Speaking to TOI, the actor said: “I told them I was a movie star and had recently visited the country for the shooting of my film. Nothing seemed to convince the immigration officer. There were other immigration officers who even vouched for me but this particular officer did not listen to anyone. I even told them I had an invitation from the South Asian community and was there to attend an event.’’ (more…)

Shahrukh Khan’s injured shoulder will not be getting any rest thanks to his hectic schedule coming up.
Shah Rukh’s shoulder got worse during the shooting of ‘Dulha Mil Gaya’. This movie is being directed by his old friend Vivek Vaswani.
SRK physiotherapist Dr. Ali Irani says, “As of today, Shah Rukh is not fit to do strenuous exercises.

This means that Katrina is not paying heed to the world famous enmity between the King Khan Shahrukh Khan & her boyfriend Sallu.

Billu is not Barber !!
Shah Rukh Khan has changed the title of ‘Billu Barber’ to “Billu” as requested by ‘The Salon and Beauty Parlours Association’.
The Association finded word ‘barber’ offensive. They met SRK & expressed their opinion on this issue. Agreeing to their request, Srk came to this decision and took off the world “Barber” from the title of the movie.
Uday Takke, the President of a hairdresser association, had said, “We have been given vinyl posters and CDs to put up in the shops. We want ‘Billu Barber’ to be called ‘Billu’. Hairdresser as barber is a derogatory and insulting term. We choose hairdressing as a profession because it is an art. Also there are many women hairstylists, if ‘Billu Barber’ becomes a hit, women hairdressers will be called barbers too!” (more…)

Shahrukh Khan: Superhero !!
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan will be playing a role of a “Superhero” in one of his next movies.
The movie will be directed by Anubhav Sinha . SRK and Sinha are putting their heads together to write the script. Anubhav Sinha has earlier directed movies like Dus and Cash.
It has been reporeted that original story is still being kept under the wraps & the team is in search of a child artist to play second lead to the superhero.
It is also reported that SRK is working on the script with Sinha.
SRK will be hiring Technicians from abroad for this movie.

Shah Rukh Khan will be going under the knife to rectify the tear on his left shoulder in the near future.
The problem got worsened during the shooting of Karan Johar’s ‘My Name is Khan’ in LA. SRK & Kajol are back from the first shooting schedule of “My Name is Khan” in Los Angeles.
SRK has been undergoing physiotherapy sessions in the past before starting the shoot for “My Name is Khan”. He was advised to undergo operation as soon as possible but as he did not want to delay shooting for buddy Karan Johar, he postponed it. As reported, the injury got aggravated during the shooting.
SRK’s next movie ’Biloo Barber’ is his home production and it releases on February 13.

A new comedy show ‘Ghar Ki Baat Hai’ is being launched on NDTV Imageine. The show is being produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Idiot Box.
Ghar Ki Baat Hai, a tri-weekly (Friday to Sunday) is a situational comedy based on the life of a common Indian man.
The show is going to premiere on NDTV Imagine on January 30 & marks the television debut of actress Juhi Babbar. Juhi babbar is the daughter of Raj Babbar. The star cast also includes Sumeet Raghavan, Swapnil Joshi, Ali Asgar, Jayati Bhatia and Deven Munjal.
Director Aziz Mirza is the supervising creative director and the director is Anant Mahadevan. Th show is believed to be a tribute to Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi.
